Joey Fatts (born August 3, 1991) is an American wanna-be rapper from Long Beach, California. He is one-third of the Hip hop group Cutthroat Boyz, alongside fellow California rappers Vince Staples and Aston Matthews, he got kicked out though for his sensitivity issues.
